who let Alison know that you can
write to The Queen.
The song accompanied by a letter
was posted to Her Majesty,
Queen Elizabeth II in 2010,
Alison gratefully receiving a reply letter
from Her Majesty’s Lady-in-Waiting
thanking her from The Queen.
Alison had hoped that Choirs, Orchestras
and the like would perform this song
for the Queen and has contacted many
appropriate organizations and
individuals about this hope and would be
delighted to hear from anyone who
might be interested in such an event.
Alison phoned and wrote to
Her Majesty’s staff in 2018,
as a courtesy, to request permission
to release the song in formats audio,
video and sheet music as retail items;
the reply has led to Alison’s decision,
with respect to Her Majesty,
to release the song.
Since this song’s audio was sent
to Her majesty,
Alison has recorded a video of her
live performance and fully orchestrated,
notated and created recorded
arrangements of the orchestration.
